This CP is a rare 2-part idea, with this one CP 158 being a, how it started, and CP 159 being a, how it’s going.
For this one I’m using a couple of tried-and-true troupes, since CP’s have never been about new, never been done, original ideas and more about how a single pic (or two) can spark an idea for a story and help show how my creative mind works/connects things together.
The idea for this CP is a young 20 something girl is on vacation, maybe alone or with a couple of friends. Normal thinking would be to have her over in Europe, France, Italy, something like that with an American girl just out of college. But then I thought what if I flipped that idea. It’s a European girl visiting America.
Maybe Maine in the summertime. (iykyk)
While not as an exotic location, I think it could make the story stand out more, especially when she disappears from her hotel, (like from a certain movie but in America).
Depending on how the story goes, the girl could be just a normal average girl, nothing special about her. But seeing as how this is The Merc Series, what I’ll probably do is have her be the daughter of a wealthy family in Europe. I’ll have to flesh that out a bit depending on how wealthy she is.
Would she have a bodyguard with her? Why would her parents let her travel alone? Who are her friends, if not traveling alone? Where does their money come? Who took her? Was it random or was she targeted because of who she is? Questions like that. Which will then help determine the tone and direction of the story.
