This idea relies on both pics, one after another to work.
In pic 1 the guy is in complete shock from a problem he’s just found out.
In pic 2, the other guy is now trying to take over and fix the problem.
These pics combined gave me my initial idea/concept.
It’s late at night at a tech company that’s already established but is still small time. Or it’s a new start-up of sorts.
There are other workers (in the background) but these two are the main players in the company. Or maybe the two smartest and they report to just one other person, like the company founder.
What they’re working on or what’s happening to them could be any number of things. It could be tech or financial related. Or maybe someone is trying to attack/hack them.
My initial thought is, maybe guy in pic 1 does something wrong himself and causes a huge accident/issue completely unintentional. He wasn’t incompetent either, it was just a freak accident that now he can’t undo. Maybe something important got deleted/wiped from their servers and there’s no way to recover it because he never ran a backup or something along those lines. And the second guy is trying to undo what he did but he can’t either.
Or maybe the first guy just discovered something bad for the first time and it’s not good for the company.
Now, while I do feel like I could come up with something brand new and make this a standalone story, I think this idea would work better if I tie these guys/company to another separate idea and get a two birds one stone sort of thing. Once I figure out what exactly the big shock/problem is for these guys then I can figure out how to best merge it with something else and make a complete story/project out of it.
