This one isn’t a story idea so much as it is a new character idea. And even that might not be completely new as this character is something I might have done before but not flesh out yet. The working idea right now is that pink hair girl (my shorthand title for this one) is a booker of mercenaries and a skilled hacker/computer specialist. I tend to use that concept a lot and would need to tweak it more to make her standout besides having pink hair. The back tattoo is different and makes me think what if she was Russian and she works in Europe?
That would put a different spin on this idea as this character role is needed in other parts of the world not just America and Hong Kong, where I’ve used this idea before.
Maybe she was part of a Russian military unit that fell apart (for reasons, could be a story there) and she’s been on the run since. This has forced her to stay out of Russia but she’s still loyal to her country and has friends still within in the government/military. She’s now become known for putting Russian mercs and assassins in touch with those who are in need of their services. She doesn’t agree with The Crimson Horizon and instead only helps more of the freelance type mercs. Recently she’s begun expanding her services to include more European based mercs too not just Russians.
I think my approach to developing this idea would be to have several stories, each introducing new mercenaries and assassins doing jobs then have her involved with all of them and becoming the key person that links them together. Whether that led up to a bigger plotline to include them all working together I’m not sure. Just depends on the idea itself. I do see this idea/character getting used sooner rather than later though.
