What caught my eye with this was the yellow masks they’re wearing. Though I realized after they’re actually tan.
Anyways yellow may be too bright but I think a gold or tan color could work.
The point of the color of the mask is that it could make a good calling card/gimmick for a merc unit/group.
Like berets but colored masks instead. Maybe the group is all snipers or overwatch specialists. Maybe they only operate in desert environments, hence the color.
One option is they’re a small company still trying to make a name for themselves in the merc world and this is their niche into the crowed market.
Another option is they’re part of Grey Talon Security (GTS) There’s like 18 or 24 of them. Big but not crazy. And these guys are a special sniper unit for them.
It’s not the company’s only snipers but more like their best pulled together for special missions.
I’m thinking more like overwatch missions and less like assassination missions. They probably have a different group for that.
Like the difference between military snipers and police snipers.
We could also combine the two ideas and that they were a small company and GTS bought them out but otherwise left them alone, other than giving them missions instead of them having to find clients.
This needs more fleshing out but its got some useable ideas so far.
