For this one it was the sunglasses that made me think she could be Law Enforcement. FBI or DEA, given the guns.
We’re in Texas or Nevada, or Arizona. Somewhere close to the Mexican border. I’m thinking the house in the background belonged to one of the cartels then the FBI or DEA (lets assume DEA) hit it and took out the operation there. Now it’s used as a safehouse/command center, sort of like from the show ‘Graceland’.
She’s DEA and has been with the place the longest. She was on the team that took it down. Because she’s been stuck there so long she’s also the most casual, hence the outfit.
She’s an excellent agent and an even better shooter but she’s not leader of the team at the house which pisses her off. She knows the area and players (gangs/criminals) better than anyone else but she’s 3rd-in-command, at best.
The leader of the team is a by the book Washington elite pretty boy who wants to run for office. He spends most of his time flying to Washington with ‘updates’.
2nd-in-command is an overweight senior agent who’s too lazy and timid to want to do anything that would risk his pension so she’s constantly told to stand down, even though she has a track record of results.
Her frustration with the office politics of the house is making her a good target of opportunity for several security firms to try and hire her into the private sector, including Grey Talon.
