What stood out for this pic was the background. Forget the soldier is even there. This is more of a setting idea.

The dirt and barb wire is what sparked the idea. This is an abandoned parking garage, but why is it abandoned?

Because it’s in the middle of a warzone. Most of the city that this parking garage is built in has been deserted now. There was a lot of fighting going on. I’m thinking Libya or Syria or something similar.
Now the city is mostly filled with several factions looking to exploit the warzone for their own ends.

I’m still not sure what the overall idea is but I could see it being a Novella length type story with the setting being the city. There would be a couple of merc teams, and some remaining government type forces, and a handful of solo operators doing their own thing.

This is kind of similar to my post on the warehouse raid kind of job. Depending on who we put in, the story will change, particularly the feel and vibe of it. So it’s even possible to do this idea in a few different ways. Maybe it’s not a whole city but a section of it. Maybe the city hasn’t been deserted yet and people still live here or they’re in the middle of packing up and trying to get away, so there’s even more chaos.

For this particular one, I like the idea of the city being deserted so there’s lots of silence, giving the place this eerie tomb type vibe to it.

Stealth guys are going to do a lot better around here than guys stomping around with all their heavy gear, equipment, and trucks.
