This Creativity Post is different from my normal ones as each pic is completely different and has no relation to the other two.
But putting all three together is what triggered my idea.
Depending on the order they go in changes the story in subtle ways and the roles of the people/characters in the story, but I think the order I’m going to go with is how I have the pics laid out.
The doctor lady is upset because there’s been an accident at the lab (or hospital) she works at and she failed to contain whatever happened. I’m leaning towards a virus of some kind but not certain yet.
She then lets the guy at his desk (pic 2) know and now he’s stressing out because he was in charge of the whole project itself and has to tell the powerful person he was working under what happened. He wasn’t to blame for anything as he did his part perfectly but shit rolls downhill sort of thing.
The third pic is an older lady on the phone, but I don’t think she’s on the phone with guy from pic 2. I think she’s on the phone with whoever is at the top. CEO if private or US President (if government).
This will depend on if the virus (or whatever I go with) is part of a private program or an American government program. That would change the story in different ways too.
I think this idea has a lot of potential and could be one I write sooner vs later if I can decide what the accident or virus is/was.
I would want it to be a big enough deal to make the story have weight to it and a feeling of unknown and dread of what’s to come.
But I don’t want it to be so important that it would mess up all the other stories I already have planned out.
Finding a good middle ground would be the trick to it and the main factor of if this gets written or just stays an idea.
